RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:
For external use it has been shown to be effective in the case of: acne, cold sores, dandruff, gargling for sore throat and rinsing for gingivitis and other inflammations, warts, athlete's foot, nail fungus, irritation from shaving, excessive sweating.

CONTRAINDICATION:
Grapefruit has a metabolizing effect on some medications and can increase, decrease, or even neutralize their effects. If you are taking medication, blood thinners, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this dietary supplement.

Usage:
Assess per condition.
For reference, here are some examples:
For dandruff, use 8-10 drops with each shampoo use.

Acne: Add 5 drops to each cleanser or spray 20 drops in rose water as a tonic.
Rinse or gargle: 5 to 20 drops of extract in 200 ml of water.

Cold sores: 1 pure drop on the area.
Onychomycosis: 1-2 drops above and under the nail, to increase effectiveness, mix with a drop of Tea Tree or Thyme essential oil.
Athlete's foot: 20 drops in the water of the foot bath.

For internal use, doctors recommend it in case of:
Candida albicans.
In some forms of arthritis related to infections.
Protection against bacteria.
Colds and viral influences.
Poisoning by spoiled food.
Infections of the urogenital tract.

Usage:
For general information, the dose varies from 3 to 12 drops diluted in water or better
Fruit juice (it is very bitter), taken three times a day. Never drink it straight.
For household use:
Excellent for rinsing food.
For removing mold.
For disinfecting laundry after every wash.
Washing bathtubs, showers, swimming pools and to disinfect sunbeds.
To ensure good hygiene for kitchen tools, including cutting boards.
Usage:
20 drops in the wash cycle. 20 drops per liter of water to wash fruit, vegetables, fish,
20 drops in a bucket of water to disinfect floors, showers, bathtubs, and solariums. Soak toothbrushes for 10 minutes with 10 drops in 300 ml of water.
