DESCRIPTION
External use:

Muscle, joint pain, stiff neck:
Massage in a few drops, optionally add sweet almond oil or sesame oil

Headache:
Apply a few drops to the temples, under the ears, on the cheeks or on the painful area.

Neck and throat pain:
Apply a drop to the neck and the painful area. It may also be massaged into the entire scalp, running from the neck to the forehead and from above the ear to the skull.
Cold:

Place drops under the nostrils. Add a few drops to hot water and inhale.

Cough: Massage chest and back

Strengthening bath:
Pour 20 drops into a warm bath and leave to work for about 10-20 minutes.

Insect bites:
Rub 1 drop on the puncture wound.

Freshen the air:
Pour a few drops into the humidifier or into a fragrance bowl.

WARNINGS: Not suitable for children under two years of age. Do not apply to sores or wounds. Keep away from eyes and sensitive areas.
