USAGE:
Mix 10 drops with 20 ml of massage oil and massage into the skin. It's best to warm the oil and be sure to massage the soles of your feet as well.
Add a few drops to your aroma diffuser. Two to four drops are often more than enough for a bedroom, depending on its size, of course. Tip: Turn on the diffuser in your bedroom half an hour before bed. You'll then enter a wonderfully scented bedroom.
