Oolong, a particular variety of blue tea, is primarily grown in the Fujian region of China, and its name means "black dragon" because of the specific shape of its large leaves, which, when rolled and dried, resemble small dragons. It is a valuable source of minerals and antioxidants derived from its polyphenols, which are active in counteracting the effects of free radicals.
