Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, is a sacred herb from the Ayurvedic tradition. This essential oil is known for its powerful effects on both body and mind and has been used for centuries for cleansing, protection, and emotional balance.

Physical operation:

• Supports respiratory problems such as asthma.

• Purifying, astringent and antiseptic, ideal for oily or impure skin.

Usage:
Note: Tulsi is a strong oil and should always be diluted before use on the skin. Do not use internally.

For the skin (acne or inflammation):
Mix 1 drop of Tulsi with 10 ml of carrier oil (such as jojoba or grapeseed oil) and apply topically with a cotton swab.

For the respiratory tract and immune system:
Mix 3 drops with 20 ml of vegetable oil and massage onto chest, back or soles of feet.
Also suitable for use in a diffuser or fragrance stone to purify the air.

For emotional balance or meditation:
Use 1-2 drops in a diffuser or aroma inhaler.
For meditation: dilute in base oil and apply to heart area or temples.

Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy, on children under 6 years or on sensitive skin.
